Celebrating 125 Years
The Greater Kitchener Waterloo Chamber of Commerce is celebrating its 125th anniversary. A whole year of special events are planned, commencing on May 25, 2011 through to May 2012.
This entire year will focus on celebrating the Chamber's history and accomplishments as well as looking forward to goals for the future. Festivities being planned include:

Kick Off Celebration | Casual networking event where details will be announced for the upcoming 125th Anniversary celebrations. |
| January 31st, 2012 | 125th Anniversary Publication Launch | A commemorative report will be created to celebrate this historic milestone. |
| February 8th, 2012 | Point of View with Frank McKenna | Point of View with the Honourable Frank McKenna, former Canadian Ambassador to the United States and 27th Premier of New Brunswick and current deputy chairman of Toronto-Dominion Bank |
| April 2nd, 2012 | Point of View with Mark Carney | A luncheon event featuring Bank of Canada governor and Head of the international Financial Stability Board, Mark Carney. Hear Mr. Carney's speech by following this link. |
| May 23rd, 2012 | Chamber 125th Jubilee | This event will focus on the future of the Chamber and be organized by a very special group of leaders, the Chamber Past Chairs. |
