Recognition Award

The Chamber Star is a way for the Chamber to recognize and show appreciation for the significant efforts of its volunteers.  It is awarded to an active committee member three times a year, following a Committee Chair nomination process (twice annually) and staff nomination process for a Committee Chair (once annually).

Chamber Star recipients are profiled in the Advocate publication, eNews Weekly, and on the Chamber website. Recipients also receive a recognition package of generously donated products and/or services from fellow Chamber members.

 Congratulations to Chamber Star - Ian Inglis

We are excited to announce that Ian Inglis is the newest recipient of the Chamber Star. Ian is a member of the Chamber Connections Committee and has played an important role in the re-branding of the former Business After 5 event. Ian was part of the advisory committee that started the process and has joined the committee and is responsible for the relationship between the event vendors and the committee.

Ian is a full time real estate professional with Re/Max Solid Gold Realty, with extensive experience in the marketing of homes in all price ranges,including new construction, resale homes and condo-minium projects in the Kitchener-Waterloo and surrounding area. Ian is also a member of an International Relocation Network of sales professionals and can provide community information for locations throughout North America.
