Find a Physician

The Greater Kitchener Waterloo Chamber Health Care Resources Council continues to work on behalf of the Kitchener-Waterloo-Woolwich community to recruit and retain family physicians for our residents in need.

At this time we are not aware of any family physicians taking on new patients. There are, however, two offices of physicians in the Northfolk Medical Centre in Guelph who are currently accepting patients. If this is an option for you, please click here to otain contact information.

We also recommend that you contact HealthCareConnect at 1-800-445-1822 to register for assistance in finding a family physician in our community. You will be referred to a family doctor or nurse practitioner once one is found. Priority will be given to individuals with great health care needs.

You are welcome to visit our website again within three to six months to enquire as to whether there are any new family practitioners taking on patients.
