The Master of Business, Entrepreneurship & Technology (MBET) program addresses Canada’s pressing need for more successful innovators and is the first graduate business program of its kind. University of Waterloo, Canada’s most innovative university is expanding its renowned MBET program and, beginning September 2008, will offer a part-time MBET option that caters to working entrepreneurs and corporate intrapreneurs.  

Extended MBET is a 3 year, part time “knowing-doing” educational adventure that lets you experience the venture building process. Designed around your own, or an existing firm’s, commercialization practicum project, you will learn the theory and practice involved in spotting opportunities, and how to successfully move these opportunities from concept to prototype to  market readiness and execution.  

Extended MBET provides you with the experience, tailored business capabilities and a network of stakeholders required to successfully commercialize your own or a corporate sponsored venture.
